Return & Refund Policy

General Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders. If you’re unsure or have any questions about compatibility, feel free to contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to help!


Eligible Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, or
  • You received the wrong product

If either of these apply, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue. If approved, we’ll make it right with a refund, replacement, or exchange.


Return Conditions

For approved returns (defective or incorrect items only), the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items must show no signs of use, damage, or wear — the 3M tape must be unused and in original condition
  • No modifications may have been made to the product (e.g., cutting, soldering, sanding, gluing, drilling, or altering in any way)
  • All original components, accessories, and parts must be returned


Shipping Returns

If your return is approved due to a defective product or incorrect item, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Please do not send your item back until you’ve received return instructions from us.
Readysetradars is not responsible for returned items until they arrive at our return address. Once shipped, we recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.

Shipping times for exchanged or replacement products may vary depending on your location.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your return, along with the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original payment method.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
