ReadySetRadars provides a one-year warranty from the original delivery date, covering manufacturing defects. If a defect arises within this period, we will repair or replace the faulty part or product at our sole discretion. Beyond this, ReadySetRadars does not offer additional warranties, conditions, or liabilities related to the sale, handling, or use of our products, even in cases involving negligence or fault.

Our mounts and accessories are consumable products and are subject to normal wear and tear over time. This wear is expected with regular use and is not covered under warranty. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling is also excluded.

ReadySetRadars is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, losses, or claims resulting from the use of our products. We are also not liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to our products or their components.

Please ensure product compatibility before purchase, as the warranty does not apply to products ordered for incompatible radar detectors. Each mount and accessory is designed for specific models—replacements will not be issued for incorrect model selection.
